23 May 2008: Senator Patrick Leahy (D) announces an upcoming baseball event wherein the Boston Red Sox 2007 World Series trophy will make a special appearance at Historic Centennial Field on Friday, June 27th, 2008, when the Vermont Lake Monsters will host the Red Sox New York-Penn League affiliate, the Lowell Spinners.
